We have a large commercial department and we currently work for Taylor Wimpey, Barratt Homes and more on new build sites putting in windows and doors as well as conservatories into new homes.
We work for regional developers and builders doing smaller housing projects, blocks of flats, re-furbs and extensions.
We also work on structural glazing and bespoke architectural projects putting in curtain walling (such as large expanses of glass for office blocks) plus we now also do innovative external fascia cladding (like coloured panels to the exteriors of buildings, especially in London).
We comply to all BS kitemark standards, building regulations and consider ourselves ahead of the game in relation to energy ratings, eco-building, code 6 legislation regarding carbon footprints of buildings and acoustic glass for noise reduction in big cities to name a few.
We are an Olympic approved supplier.
We have an independently audited health & safety policy. All fitting staff are H&S trained annually, we have employee and public liability insurance to £10million and our staff are CSCS carded. We also have an environmental policy and we can provide references.
We work on contract values from £10,000 to £1,500,000.
